I think working in education is such a blessing - not only can you teach information and facts, but you can influence self-confidence and belief in unlimited possibilities for the future. I have two Bachelor's degrees, a Master's degree, a PhD and two TEFL certifications - learning is a lfelong hobby of mine! I also enjoy travel, sports, movies and music, and I enjoy using every day references in teaching. I have been involved in education for 15 years, including teaching foreign languages and English as a second language. I have taught in-person and online with students from preschool to older adult. I have a background in psychology, which gives me some insight into personality, motivation, self-esteem and confidence. I have taught all ages and subjects. I have taught Spanish, French, and English as a second language. I am currently teaching high school age and adults basic literacy and GED preparation, as well as English as a second language.
